Disorganised Society

A disorganised society is one predicated on the imperative of social cohesion.  In the absence of governance or rule of law, feelings of insecurity drive people to behave more conscientiously.

I doubt that a society predicated on rule of law and in the thrall of hierarchy and operating under classist delusions of social darwinism qualifies in that regard.  Just saying…
