The Forbidden Market

The amusing thing about laissez-faire capitalists, is that while they pertain to desire a free market in goods & services, they resent the notion of a free market applying to anything beyond that. They believe that the market should be free, but that society should be governed by a ruleset. For example they do not support a free market in economic systems, instead insisting that any economic system other than capitalism must be emulated within the framework of capitalism. People would not be free to reject capitalism all together and simply refuse to adhere to, or even recognise its ruleset as being in any way legitimate.
